ACT ticket policy
Artistic Civic Theatre continues to grow and experience sold out performances of our productions. We thank you for your continued loyalty and patronage! We would like to introduce you to our new ticketing portal, powered by Arts People. While we'll still take ticket orders over the phone, we encourage our patrons to buy tickets through our ticketing portal.
When tickets go on sale, a buy ticket icon will appear on this page. Follow the link to purchase tickets, select seat locations and, coming soon, to make tax-deductible donations to our non-profit theatrical arts organization. We hope this expedites your ticket buying experience and we appreciate your patience as we adapt to the future.
**Payment upon reservation is required. No seats are assigned without payment. All seats are assigned on a “first sold” basis. While ACT reserves the right to assign seats to best fit our patrons’needs, purchased tickets that are picked up prior to the performance date will not be reassigned.
**Credit Card transactions will be processed the day of purchase. Tickets may be purchased online at the buy tickets link or by calling the Box Office at 706-278-4796. ACT accepts cash, local checks, VISA, MasterCard, and Discover. Credit card transactions are subject to a $.75 per ticket service fee.
**All ticket sales are final and non-refundable.
**Performances begin promptly at announced time.
**Tickets for ACT Studio productions will be sold as general admission tickets. Table and seat locations vary for each production. You may not reserve seats or tables in advance for any Studio production.
Artistic Civic Theatre is a non-profit theatrical arts organization serving Northwest Georgia and surrounding areas. For 28 years, ACT has produced hundreds of shows, including comedic, dramatic, musical, and variety productions. We also produce educational and youth theatrical opportunities through our children’s theatre, ACT2, and provide scholarship opportunities for area graduating high school seniors through the Danny Dantzler Memorial Scholarship. ACT is funded through individual and family memberships, as well as corporate sponsorship and donations. Consider becoming a member or corporate sponsor today and help us continue to provide theatrical arts opportunities, entertainment, and educational programs to the Northwest Georgia Community.
